CUSTOMER SERVICE: Please call us at 410.546-1635 between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (EST) and we will do our very best to help you in any way we can. If you reach our answering machine, please leave a message -- we will be happy to return your call.
OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee every tool we make against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the tool. Simply return it to us along with an explanation and $8 for shipping and handling.
SHIPPING and ADDRESSING: We ship via UPS and U.S. Postal Priority Mail. We will be happy to ship either way, if you have a preference, or what we feel will be the safest, fastest and most economical method. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. ALL orders outside of the continguous 48 states wil be shipped via Postal Service Air Mail. Please call for rates.
Whenever possible, we ship within 24 hours. However, because
our products are hand-made and demand being hard to predict,
we occasionally become back-ordered. We make every attempt
to fill orders in a timely fashion and we will notify you
in the event of a major delay. If you have any concerns about
your order, or have a need for delivery by a certain date,
please let us know as far in advance as possible.
