 Please  call us at (410) 546-1635 between 7:00am and 9:00pm (Eastern Time), and  we will do our very best to help you in any way we can.  If you reach  our answering machine, we have stepped out.  Please  leave a message-we  will be happy to return your call!  

SHIPPING AND ADDRESSING:

 We  ship UPS and Postal Service (Priority Mail).  We will be happy to ship  either way, if you have a preference, or what we feel will be the  safest, fastest and most economical method.  UPS will not ship to a Post  Office Box address.

  • All  orders outside the contiguous 48 states will be shipped via Postal  Service Air Mail.  Please call for  shipping and handling rates.
  • Whenever  possible, we ship within 24 hours.

  •  Some bulk items will be sightly higher.

   However, because our products are hand-made and demand is hard to  predict, we occasionally become back-ordered.  We make every attempt to  fill orders in a timely fashion, and we will notify you about a major  delay.  If you are concerned about your order, or have a special need  for delivery by a certain date, please let us know.
